OPERATIONS MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily business activities and ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate project timelines, resources, and team collaboration to meet deadlines.
• Monitor inventory and supply levels, ensuring timely procurement and proper stock management.
• Analyze operational data and market trends to develop cost-effective strategies.
• Deliver reports to provide insights into operational and cost efficiency.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Profile & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Sound organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP and logistics software.
• Attention to details and familiarity with industrial equipment.
