Job Purpose:
DTOS is seeking a Senior - Client Administration to manage client relationships and ensure full compliance and efficient corporate administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building long-term relationships and providing guidance on corporate administration and compliance.
- Oversee incorporation, governance, and statutory filings for client entities in line with regulations.
- Ensure compliance with AML/CFT, KYC, FATCA, CRS, and other regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate client transactions with banks, auditors, and advisors, including banking instructions, share transfers, and financial reporting.
- Review junior staff work, provide coaching, and support workload management.
- Maintain accurate client records, reporting, and audit trails, while contributing to process improvements.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Law and Management, Accounting and Finance, or any other relevant field.
- Partly ICSA qualified.
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience.
- Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive, committed, and a strong team player with a customer-service focus.
