We’re looking for a dynamic Procurement Specialist to support end-to-end purchasing activities and ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the full procure-to-pay cycle and maintain accurate purchasing records.
Support contract negotiation, administration, and supplier performance (including OTIF).
Manage open POs, project files, budgets, and monthly procurement reporting.
Assist the Procurement Manager with local MRP orders and the development of procurement SOPs.
Maintain an updated supplier database, conduct KYC, due-diligence, and vendor performance reviews.
Handle GRPO processing and coordinate invoicing with Accounts.
Source effectively using online platforms and apply knowledge of Incoterms and global trade.
Contribute to sustainable procurement initiatives and keep savings trackers current.
Interpret Bills of Material and support sourcing for repairs and maintenance.
Prioritise tasks effectively and communicate fluently in both English and French.
Candidate Profile
At least 5 years’ experience in a mid-level procurement role; FMCG exposure is a plus.
HSC required; a diploma in Procurement or Supply Chain is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and the ability to perform under tight deadlines.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
