We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator to join our team and support the smooth operation of our housekeeping department. Acting as a primary liaison between the Housekeeping team and other departments within the hotel

 

What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate daily housekeeping operations and room assignments
  • Act as a liaison between the housekeeping team and other departments
  • Monitor and update room status in the HMS system
  • Handle guest requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain housekeeping records (inventory, lost & found, cleaning schedules, etc.)
  • Manage employee rosters and manage the time and attendance system /
  • Ensure housekeeping standards are consistently met or exceeded
  • Communicate maintenance issues to relevant departments promptly

What We’re Looking For:

  • HSC qualification
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel and PowerPoint,
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Team player with a positive, professional attitude
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
