We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator to join our team and support the smooth operation of our housekeeping department. Acting as a primary liaison between the Housekeeping team and other departments within the hotel
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate daily housekeeping operations and room assignments
- Act as a liaison between the housekeeping team and other departments
- Monitor and update room status in the HMS system
- Handle guest requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain housekeeping records (inventory, lost & found, cleaning schedules, etc.)
- Manage employee rosters and manage the time and attendance system /
- Ensure housekeeping standards are consistently met or exceeded
- Communicate maintenance issues to relevant departments promptly
What We’re Looking For:
- HSC qualification
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel and PowerPoint,
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Team player with a positive, professional attitude
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
