Job Role: 

  • Conduct sourcing, initial screening (including telephonic interviews), andshortlisting of candidates for various international roles.
  • Publish job advertisements for open positions across relevant platforms.
  • Communicate accurate job descriptions and terms and conditions to potential candidates.
  • Manage all candidate communications from initial contact through to client submission.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain engagement with shortlisted candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive candidate database within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Collaborate with the Senior Recruiter to research new job portals and assess sourcing techniques to develop innovative and effective recruitment strategies.
  • Engage in regular networking with the candidates across industries to ensure the database remains current and relevant.
  • Act as a project lead when assigned, managing client relationships or recruitment projects under the direction of the Recruitment Manager
  • Support tender coordination, including salary benchmarking, analyzing submissions, and compiling comparative data for project-specific requirements.
  • Monitor and update recruitment Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to align with company standards and expectations.
  • Set up candidate "watchdogs" in the database to anticipate and prepare for future client or project needs.

 Requirements :

  • Minimum International recruitment experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good level of French and English language (Written and Verbal)
