Waiter

Serve food and beverages in F&B outlets for consumption by guests as per standards

1	Take part in training and implement accordingly
2	Assist in training and motivating subordinates for which he/she is responsible
3	Be aware about the weekly/ monthly roster and abide to it
4	Ensure an efficient and high quality service to guests
5	Report customer complaints efficiently to his/her superior
6	Participate in Eco standard/sustainable responsibility set by the hotel
7	Present bill to guests and ensure that they are signed or paid and post same in WINhms
8	Ensure that all items ordered from the store are collected on a daily basis
9	Minimize wastage
10	Ensure energy saving (electricity, gas, water)
11	Attend daily briefings in his/her department and follow instructions from superiors concerning the daily planning of the outlet that he/she is assigned to work for
12	Follow-up of all procedures
13	Answer queries about all items on the restaurant menu, their basic ingredients and method of preparation
14	Perform “mise en place” of tables, service stations, as instructed by immediate superiors
15	Abide to specific service sequences as per standards when serving guests
16	Comply with all the sustainability commitments and practices implemented within business units
17	Notify the Sustainable Development Department of any matters that may pose any impact to the environment and society
