As per job description.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Agents for the follow up of orders.
  • Assist Team Leader in daily tasks.
  • Liaise with Department concerned for smooth transition and handling of dossiers.
  • Participate actively in any project of the Department.
  • Input data in our In-house system to generate shipping documents.
  • Any other duties related with Sea Operations Department.

 

Qualification & Competencies:

  • Higher School Certificate or any other qualifications acceptable to Management.
  • 2 years working experience in the Logistics sector.
  • Good knowledge of Import  and Export formalities.
  • Computer literate (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Strong personality with excellent communication skills in both English and French.
  • Should be creative, team player, proactive, resourceful and demonstrate professionalism.
  • Should be ready to work at odd hours and during week ends/public holidays.
