PPI Packaging Ltd is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating production activities, ensuring that customer orders are delivered on time, resources are optimally utilized, and raw materials are available as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update monthly production plans based on confirmed orders and capacity.
• Ensure accurate data entry of production output and maintain planning records.
• Prepare productivity and utilization reports, highlighting variances when required.
• Act as the key interface with the Sales Department for order scheduling and delivery commitments.
• Analyze forecasted raw material requirements and coordinate procurement with Finance.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess.

Profile & Qualifications

• Diploma / BAC +2 in related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
