We’re seeking motivated, customer-oriented professionals to join our remote support team.

 

We’re seeking motivated, customer-oriented professionals to join our remote support team. If you’re passionate about delivering excellent service and enjoy helping others, we’d love to have you on board.


This role is entirely remote, requiring a dependable high-speed internet connection. We’ll provide all the necessary equipment to help you work efficiently and comfortably from your home.


Working Schedule:
Weekdays (excluding Wednesday & Thursday): 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Weekends: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM


Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service, preferably handling carrier-related inquiries.

  • Experience assisting customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems or carrier management tools and customer support software.

  • Prior experience in fast-paced, multi-channel environments or campaigns supporting carrier operations is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Professional, empathetic, and patient approach in every customer interaction.

  • Adaptable and open to feedback, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and performance improvement.

  • Strong time management and organizational abilities, capable of working independently in a remote environment.

  • Collaborative and proactive mindset, able to work effectively with both customers and carrier partners.

Personal Attributes

  • Friendly, approachable, and genuinely customer- and service-focused.

  • Calm under pressure and able to manage complex or escalated carrier-related cases with professionalism.

  • Reliable, punctual, and responsible, maintaining a high standard of work and accountability.

Key Requirements

  • At least one year of customer service experience, ideally supporting carrier operations or similar service-based industries.

  • Confident managing customer communication across multiple channels (phone, email, chat).

  • Strong command of English with clear and professional communication skills.

  • Quick thinker with effective problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Self-motivated and dependable, capable of performing effectively in a remote setup.

  • Open to coaching, feedback, and ongoing development.
