 🎯 Main Responsibilities

As a No-Code & Automation Specialist at ScaleCity, you’ll build websites, automation systems, and AI-powered workflows that help our clients generate leads and improve their operations.

You’ll work closely with our media buyers and strategists to connect tools, automate processes, and turn marketing ideas into efficient, scalable systems.

You will be expected to:

• Build high-performing websites and landing pages using no-code tools (Lovable, Bolt, Elementor, or similar)

• Connect and automate forms, CRMs, and lead tracking (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)

• Ensure full conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, etc.)

• Create AI-powered automations (chatbots, internal tools, smart workflows, auto-replies, etc.)

• Support marketing teams by integrating tools seamlessly into user journeys

• Suggest new automation ideas and optimizations based on performance

💼  Who You Are 

• Experienced with at least one No-Code platform (Lovable, Bolt, Elementor, or similar)

• Familiar with automation tools (Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion, etc.)

• Understands lead tracking and analytics (GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel)

• Passionate about AI tools, automation, and productivity

• Curious, structured, and solution-oriented

• Fluent in French (spoken and written); English is a plus
