The Role

 We’re looking for a Digital Ads Specialist skilled in Google Ads or Meta Ads (or both).

Your mission: plan, launch, and optimize online ad campaigns that deliver real business impact. You’ll work closely with a motivated and collaborative team that values transparency, results, and continuous improvement.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and/or Meta Ads

• Analyze performance and suggest improvements

• Write ad copy that converts

• Manage budgets and monitor ROI

• Collaborate with the content and strategy teams

Who You Are 

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in Google or Meta Ads

• Strong understanding of digital marketing and key metrics

• Comfortable with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, etc.)

• Fluent in French (English is a plus)

• Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented
