Accounts Clerk

Woolworths Mauritius is looking for talented details oriented Accounts Clerk.

Job Profile

Accurately manages cash activities (ordering, receiving, and issuing cash).

Manages cash movements as per policies & procedures.

Controls high risk keys

Receives and issues floats as per policies and guidelines.

Issues, receives and orders controlled stationary.

Reconciles Centre vouchers.

Issues petty cash/payments and receipts as per policies and guidelines

Conducts random till spot checks.

Investigates and resolves all float discrepancies.

Compile cashier daily cash analysis and banking

Control change float and cashier floats

Scrutinises, reconciles and retains reports daily

Prints and files all weekly reports as per Woolworths policies and guidelines

Processing of Changes sheet and attendance
