We are looking for a highly motivated Learning & Development Coordinator to join The Lux Collective’s Training Academy team at the Head Office. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting the Learning & Development function by managing learning programs, systems, and reporting across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including onboarding and offboarding learners, assigning courses, and creating new programs.
• Prepare and update monthly learning and training reports.
• Coordinate training schedules, sessions, and logistics.
• Support the LIRTA Manager and Admin Executive in day-to-day academy operations.
• Maintain accurate learning data and records, ensuring quality and consistency across reports and systems.

Candidate Profile:

• Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with an outgoing personality and ability to connect across teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including VBA) and comfortable working with data and learning systems.
• Passionate about learning, growth, and people development.
• A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A background in data analysis or information systems will be an advantage.
