We are looking for an organized, analytical administrative coordinator, with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to handle office duties and admin-related operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our staff/guests and ensure all daily procedures run smoothly.
- Vehicle Management: Organize and follow up of Servicing, Maintenance & Repairs.
- To make sure all vehicle of the car park are in good and serviceable mechanical conditions through regular / day-to-day maintenance, mileage verification, etc.
- To organize the transportation of our employees from pick up points to office and vice versa.
- To organize dispatch works, with the Driver, including collection and delivery of courier, correspondences, office supplies and other items.
- Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
- Manage and order office supplies.
- Attend to queries/requests in a timely and accurate manner to meet internal and external customers/visitors’ expectations.
Profile:
- High school diploma: additional qualification in Office Administration is a plus
- 4 years’ proven work experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar role
- Computer literate. Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (particularly Word and Excel)
- Basic math skills
- Clean and valid driving license.
- Certificate of Character dated not more than 6 months back.
- Willingness to work on odd hours, weekends and public holidays.
