Reneworld Ltd is currently looking for an Administrative Officer to join our dynamic and purpose-driven team.
Overview of the job
As the administrative officer you will be responsible for the execution of administrative tasks for the B2B Department. You will report to the Head of Projects and will work closely with a team of professionals to achieve project objectives.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Assist HOD/Engineers in the daily administrative task.
- Regularly update client database.
- Provide Information, assistance and support to customers.
- Prepare and keep records of all documents, report or other correspondence.
- Liaise with other department to execute daily administrative task.
- Overseas all office correspondence and communication for the B2B Unit.
- Handling Phone calls, queries and other operational issues.
- Support the B2B Unit in every company event, meeting and conferences.
Educational and Professional Requirements
- Minimum HSC level.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience with a focus on Contracting Industry.

- Proficient in Microsoft office or other Similar Software.
- Exhibits a high level of discretion and professionalism when working with confidential data and internal communications.
- Excellent Organisation Skills and pay attention to details.
