                        The Lux Collective is hiring for the position of Marketing & Brand Content Executive at its Head Office based at Tribeca, Trianon.
The successful incumbent will:
- Oversee the optimisation and proper use of content across all platforms and stakeholders.
- Support the preparation and execution of campaigns, brand events, and marketing activations.
- Prepare creative briefs for suppliers, follow-up, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Write and edit short-form content such as newsletters, social media captions, website updates, and internal communication.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform continuous improvement and inspire new content opportunities.
- Ensure all content reflects each brand’s tone of voice, visual identity, and storytelling standards.
- Provide direct support to the Marketing Special Project Manager on all ongoing marketing and brand initiatives.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary education at Diploma or Degree Level in Marketing or Communication from a recognised institution or equivalent qualifications.
PREVIOUS EMPLOYMENT
- A minimum of 2 - 4 years in a marketing or content role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

- Passionate about marketing, communication, and the hospitality industry.
- A collaborative team player, able to work closely with others in a supportive and creative environment.
- A balanced mix of creative thinking and practical marketing and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Curious, globally minded, and eager to learn.
- Proven experience in project coordination and able to work independently when required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Knowledge of design software such as Adobe Photoshop or InDesign is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
- Willingness to work during odd hours whenever required.
- A clean certificate of character is required.
