Billing Agent – Remote (Part-time)


We are currently seeking a Billing Agent to join our remote team. .

This is a fully remote position, so a reliable high-speed internet connection is essential. All necessary equipment will be provided to ensure you can perform your duties effectively from home.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (20 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Process MWAB-based invoicing

• Calculate billing amounts based on weight (kilos), number of MWABs, or apply flat fees as applicable

• Prepare invoices typically containing 5–6 MWABs (up to a maximum of 10)

• Handle separate duty invoices

• Maintain postal and weight-based billing records

• Compile all billing data into an Excel billing sheet

• Issue final invoices to customers in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Ability to manage multiple billing elements (weight, duty, flat rate)

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Reliable high-speed internet connection (mandatory)

• Must be able to work independently in a fully remote environment

• Experience with logistics or postal billing is an advantage
