• Assist in the planning and coordination of mechanisation and land preparation activities.
• Monitor the daily allocation and performance of manpower, tractors, and agricultural equipment.
• Ensure timely execution of land preparation, planting, and mechanised field operations.
• Liaise with the garage for equipment maintenance and follow-up on machine performance.
• Provide technical support in data collection and analysis of operational performance.
• Promote adherence to company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Participate in team initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement within the department.
