Job Description :
- Creative direction and concepting: Translate marketing briefs into visual concepts, storyboards, shot lists, and motion directions.
- Graphic design: Design brochures, datasheets, banners, presentations, social visuals, display ads, signage, and event collateral; prepare print ready files and templates.
- Video production: Plan and execute shoots (interviews, product demos, events), operate cameras, lighting, and audio, direct on camera talent, and manage on site logistics.Post production: Edit footage, color grade, mix sound, add motion graphics, captions, and format
- videos for multiple platforms and aspect ratios.
- Short form and social content: Produce vertical and square edits, teasers, and animated assets optimized for organic and paid social.
- Asset management: Maintain organized file backups, version control, and a searchable asset library for reuse and repurposing.
- Cross functional collaboration: Work with marketing, product, sales, and external agencies to align creative with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Technical & vendor coordination: Manage equipment inventory, coordinate external studios or freelance support, and liaise with print and AV vendors.
- Performance & optimization: Deliver assets on time, adapt content based on performance metrics, and recommend creative improvements to improve engagement and ROI.
Requirement:
- Education: Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Film/Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years producing both static and video content in corporate, agency, or production environments.
- Design skills: Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; comfortable with Figma or similar for digital layouts.
- Video skills: Proficient with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, microphones, and editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve); After Effects or equivalent for motion graphics.
- Portfolio: Strong portfolio showing branding, print/digital design, and a showreel with interviews, promos, and short social edits.
- Technical literacy: Knowledge of codecs, export settings, compression for web and social platforms, and print production processes.
- Soft skills: Excellent visual storytelling, time management, attention to detail, and stakeholder communication.
- Language: Fluent English; French and Creole advantageous.
- Other: Ability to work flexible hours for events; valid driver’s license is a plus.
