The Learning and Development Assistant will support the coordination, administration, and delivery of learning and development initiatives aligned with Cim Financial Services Ltd needs.
Responsibility
- Support the development and execution of the Learning & Development Plan aligned with Cim Financial Services Ltd's People Strategy.
- Assist in designing and delivering training content, including e-learning and blended learning formats.
- Coordinate with external training providers and manage MQA/HRDC processes.
- Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and align initiatives with business goals.
- Prepare training materials and maintain accurate records of participation.
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and track learner progress.
- Coordinate onboarding sessions and provide learning resources for new hires.
- Monitor training effectiveness through surveys and feedback tools.
- Assist in managing training budgets and resource allocation.
- Stay updated on L&D trends and support digitalization efforts across HR functions.
- Prepare reports, analytics, and presentations related to training activities.
- Support talent initiatives including succession planning, engagement, and development.
- Maintain employee data and documentation in HRIS systems.
- Assist with audits, policy compliance, and other HR-related tasks.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field. (Or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a learning and development, HR, or administrative role.
