Alteo Property Limited is currently looking for an enthusiastic person with interpersonal skills for the above-mentioned opportunity.

Duties & responsibilities

• Generate survey plans and individual extracts of survey plans.
• Prepare thematic maps related to land ownership and projects.
• Conduct ownership and legislative research at relevant institutions, ministries, or authorities.
• Draw up plans for PIN applications and site plans de vente in accordance with current legislation.
• Prepare all necessary supporting documents for various applications (e.g. Land Conversion, BLUP, etc.) as required.
• Complete and submit the necessary application forms (both hard copy and online) as needed.
• Follow up on the progress of relevant applications as instructed.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Higher School Certificate (HSC).
• Proficient in AutoCAD software.
• Knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and other land surveying or data processing tools will be an advantage.
• Previous experience as a Draughtsman in the land surveying field.
