Main responsibilities:
• Provide a variety of high quality therapeutic services to Hotel guests according to Hotel standards and procedures.
• Maintain an awareness of guest’s needs and well-being at all times and to advise guest on treatment and products as per needs.
• Set up treatment rooms and working area and to ensure necessary guest supplies, amenities and products are made available as per hotel standards and procedures.
• Welcome and greet guests promptly and politely and accompany them to their required treatment rooms.
• Provide guided tour of facilities offered along with all necessary information about services provided
Qualifications and profile:
• Secondary Academic Qualifications or equivalent.
• Certificate in related field from the Hotel School or other recognised institution.
• Previous professional experience in related function.
• Fluent in English & French.
