We are looking for a Multimedia Producer with technical skills, creative thinking, and hands-on experience in video editing, animation, photography, and AI-driven content tools.

• Shoot and edit short-form videos and social media content using professional or mobile equipment.
• Capture high-quality photos for campaigns, events, behind-the-scenes, or brand storytelling.
• Handle lighting, framing, and sound basics when filming or photographing.
• Translate briefs into animated content that fits brand tone and visual identity.
• Repurpose static content into dynamic formats (e.g., animated carousels, transitions).
• Use AI-based creative tools to assist with ideation, editing, or enhancement.
• Explore ways to speed up workflows and push creative boundaries through AI.
• Stay informed about emerging AI tools and practices for creative production.
• Format and optimise videos, images, and animations for each platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
• Contribute to content threads, series, and platform-specific storytelling styles.
• Collaborate with agencies on high-level shoots and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Deliver content on schedule and in line with brand standards and goals.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience (internship, freelance, or in-house) in content creation, animation, or video/photography
• Proficient in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.)
• Skilled in motion design tools (After Effects, Canva animation, or similar)
• Knowledge of photography and video filming techniques (lighting, composition, framing)
• Familiar with AI-based creative tools (e.g., Descript, Runway, Adobe AI, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of SEO as it relates to video and image content and performance metrics (views, engagement, watch time)
• Experience creating content for both mobile-first and desktop formats

• Strong eye for design, creativity, and platform-appropriate aesthetics
• Agile, responsive, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for social media trends, creators, and digital innovation
