Senior Social Media Strategist

The Senior Social Media Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, conducting social media marketing campaigns, optimizing social media posts, and managing public relations.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a social media content calendar aligned with campaign goals and brand messaging
  • Ensure consistent and timely publication of posts across all relevant platforms (Website, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Write platform-specific, audience-focused copy that supports our brand tone and voice
  • Design and produce engaging visuals, animations, reels, and videos using graphic design and editing tools
  • Ideate and execute interactive content formats to spark conversations and community engagement
  • Implement strategies to grow followers, reach, and engagement organically
  • Foster community engagement through comments, stories, polls, and messaging
  • Monitor website performance and analytics to align social strategies with overall digital objectives
  • Develop and optimize keyword strategies to improve visibility, traffic, and conversion rates across social and web platforms
  • Leverage and optimize GDN (Google Display Network) campaigns to maximize reach and performance across digital channels
  • Deliver regular reports to the Brand Manager with insights and recommendations for improvement

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media content strategy and platform management
  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Solid understanding of platform analytics (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, TikTok Analytics, etc.)
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and how they apply to content creation and distribution
  • Familiarity with Google Display Network (GDN) campaign management and keyword optimization

Required Skills and Aptitudes:

  • Strong copywriting, visual storytelling skills, creative eye and attention to detail
  • Experience with paid social campaigns and boosting strategies and exposure to influencer partnerships or UGC campaigns
  • Familiarity with web traffic tools like Google Analytics
