Archemics Ltd is a subsidiary of Harel Mallac & Co. Ltd id recruiting an HR & Talent Executive.

 

HR Administration

  • Prepare HR Letters & HR Documents.
  • Ensure that all relevant documents are duly signed and that all employees’ files are always updated as per standards.
  • Maintain a proper filing system for all personal records of employees on matters related to Employment history, promotions, transfers, wages administration, pension schemes, personal accident, surgical insurance, etc.. in hard copies and digitally. Filling should be done daily.
  • Liase with internal / external bodies for the HR related issues.
  • Answer queries and follow up on complaints of Employee.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Follow strictly the recruitment policy as per the Talent Management Framework.

Performance Management System

  • Follow strictly the Performance Management Process applicable in the Group and assist the HR & Talent Manager – Chemical Cluster in the process.

Learning and Development

  • Follow the Learning and Development policy as per the Talent Management Framework.
  • Ensure that G1 and G3 time and maintain a tracking system for documents submitted and amount of refund received and pending.

 HR Projects

  • Assist the HR & Talent Manager – Chemical Cluster in the design and implementation of HR projects in line with the Group objectives.

 HRIS

  • Ensure that all HR systems (SESS, Sicorax PMS, Sicorax HR, AG Vipertex) are properly updated on a daily/weekly basis error free.

 Remuneration

  • Ensure collection of payroll information from departments, duly approved payroll documents by Head of Departments and prepare payroll instructions as per payroll process.
  • Distribute payslips, emoluments, and other legally required payroll documents to employees.
  • Attend in a timely manner the payroll queries from Head of Departments and Employees.

 HR Policies & Procedures

  • Always ensure compliance of all HR Policies & Procedures applicable at Archemics & in the Group.

 HR Metrics

  • Prepare HR Metrics for Management and ensure that the HR Metrics is communicated on a daily and monthly basis as defined by the HR & Talent Manager– Chemical Cluster.

 Employee Engagement & Staff Welfare

  • Assist in the administration of Employee Engagement Survey and provide assistance to the employees.
  • Manage the Employee Engagement and Staff Welfare plan as approved by the Management.

Perform any cognate duties as required by the HR & Talent Manager and Management.
