You'll be the heartbeat of our people operations — supporting teams and leaders through:

• Leave & Policy Management – Keep things fair, compliant, and smooth when it comes to leave policies, approvals, and planning.
• Data-Driven HR – Bring numbers to life! Provide leaders with timely HR insights, reports, and analytics.
• Learning & Development – Help our people grow by rolling out impactful training, managing external partners, and building our annual L&D calendar.
• Recruitment – Lead the charge on hiring mid-level stars, and help build our talent pipeline for specialist and management roles.
• Talent & Succession Planning – Support talent growth and future planning with meaningful frameworks and initiatives.
• Engagement & EVP – Shape our employee experience by supporting culture, recognition, surveys, and communications that matter.
• Onboarding & Offboarding – Help us make first and last impressions count by ensuring these processes are smooth, compliant, and aligned with our values.
• Payroll Support – Work closely with finance to ensure accurate payroll processing, reporting, and compliance.
• HRIS & Systems – Be a systems-savvy HR lead – manage and optimize our HR information systems for efficiency and accuracy.
• Performance Management – Own the performance cycle – from setting goals to performance reviews, ensuring everyone stays aligned and motivated.
• HR Governance & Compliance – Keep us aligned with legal standards, internal policies, and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as HR Generalist
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across levels. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
