What you will be doing:

• Mastering shipping procedures
• Be solution oriented
• Be Customer centric, flexible and proactive
• Booking with forwarders and customer portal..
• Follow up of orders before and after departures
• Prepare KPI and customize reports for management purposes
• Propose innovative solution to reduce lead time for Import and Export shipment
