About the Role

Join our offices in Port Louis as an Operations Executive, where you'll get hands-on exposure to marine operations and surveys. This entry-level role is designed to train and mentor you for a dynamic career in maritime logistics, working closely with experienced professionals to support vessel turnaround, cargo inspections, documentation, and operational coordination.

What You’ll Do

You’ll assist in conducting cargo, draft, and out-turn surveys, help prepare accurate reports within three days, and ensure smooth vessel visits across port facilities. You’ll coordinate arrival and sailing formalities, gather key documents like Statements of Facts, and contribute to improving service delivery and operational efficiency—all while learning industry best practices on the job.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

• Diploma in Marine Studies
• Basic understanding of port and shipping operations
• Clear written and spoken communication skills
• Good with numbers and attention to detail
• Comfortable using MS Outlook, Word, and Excel

Nice-to-Haves:

• Valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of Mauritian port regulations
• Previous exposure to marine or logistics work environments
