• To drive Company vehicles professionally and abide to existing rules and regulations
• Perform errands for employer such as delivering and collecting packages or picking up clients arriving at Airport / Hotel
• To transport employees as per pick up point in the morning and drive them back in the afternoon accoring to schduled
• To be responsible for bank deposits and despatch of documents in a timely manner and ethical manner
• To be responsible for collection plan as schduled by the Management regarding local purchases
• Inspect the vehicle for cleanliness, vacuum the interior and wash the exterior body, windows and mirrors
• To check insurance, road tax, fitness and servicing one month prior to expiry and inform the Admininstrative Manager
• Report facts concerning accidents or emergencies to direct Manager
• Perform any cognate duties requested by the head of department
