We're Hiring: Customer Service Agent (Remote | 11 AM – 3 PM Shift Only)


Role Overview:

We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Agent to join our remote team. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Your goal is to deliver excellent service while maintaining a professional, friendly approach.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

  • Experience in managing customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems or support tools is a plus.

  • Previous work in fast-paced or multi-channel environments is advantageous.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Fluent English – Excellent spoken and written communication is essential.

  • Strong problem-solving and quick decision-making abilities.

  • Professional, empathetic, and patient communication style.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup.

  • Good organizational and time management skills.

  • Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.

  • Open to feedback and committed to growth.

Personal Attributes:

  • Customer-focused and friendly.

  • Calm under pressure; able to handle difficult situations professionally.

  • Punctual, dependable, and responsible.

 Key Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.

  • Comfortable with phone, email, and chat communication.

  • Strong English communication skills  both written and spoken.

  • Ability to work independently and manage your time well.

  • Must be available to work the 11 AM – 3 PM shift only.
