What You’ll Do

• 🏦 Banking: Keep daily bank reconciliations accurate and up-to-date

• ✅ Collaboration: Work closely with procurement and logistics to ensure smooth operations

• 🔍 Process Verification: Check supply chain processes and maintain system accuracy

• 💻 System Management: Keep the accounting system updated and reliable

• 📊 Analysis: Perform product analysis and review debtors & creditors

• 💰 Payments & Cashflow: Prepare supplier payments and weekly cashflow reports

• 📦 Inventory Management: Manage stock codes and maintain sales & purchase ledgers

• 💳 Payment Processing: Process payments with all approvals in place

• 📑 Reporting: Prepare monthly management accounts and reports

• 🔄 System Review & Audits: Conduct regular reviews and liaise with auditors

• 🤝 Admin Support: Collaborate with management on administrative tasks

• 🚢 Shipping & Freight: Apply shipping knowledge and manage freight provider relationships

• ⚡ Operational Excellence: Drive efficiency and ensure departmental KPIs are met

• 📋 Compliance: Maintain SOPs, SLAs, and monitor customer/supplier rate cards

• ✉️ Customer Communication: Update customers on shipment status and coordinate with overseas partners

• 🧾 Invoicing: Support accurate and timely client invoicing

• 🌐 Import/Export Coordination: Manage shipments efficiently

• 🕒 Problem-Solving: Handle multiple tasks with strong time management

• 🔧 Other Duties: Take on any additional responsibilities that help the team succeed

What We’re Looking For

• 🎓 Partly qualified ACCA

• 🧾 2–3 years accounting experience

• 💻 Strong MS Office skills

• 📊 In-depth knowledge of accounting systems
