• Leverage SQL and BI tools to design dashboards, generate reports, and fulfill ad-hoc data requests for both issuing and acquiring teams in Cards department
• Collaborate with the Analytics team to design and validate new data models
• Ensure data reliability through reconciliation and validation, supporting key departments such as Audit, Compliance, Finance, and Risk
• Develop financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare business presentations and conduct competitor benchmarking.
• Provide data-driven insights to inform strategy development.
• Analyze product performance and recommend actions to enhance profitability.
• Monitor key business metrics and propose initiatives to improve outcomes.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
  
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in SQL querying, data extraction, and Power BI dashboard development
  
• Prior experience in Banking, Credit Cards, or Payments is a strong advantage
  
• Proficient in handling large datasets and performing data analysis
  
• Advanced Excel skills
  
• Strong analytical thinking and a structured, problem-solving mindset
