The Maintenance Officer supervises and assists in electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance works, ensuring timely repairs, monitoring standards, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining safe, well-kept facilities and shops.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and carry out electrical installation, repair, and maintenance works.

• Assist in plumbing repairs, fittings, and maintenance as required.

• Perform general building maintenance tasks to ensure proper upkeep of facilities and shops.

• Monitor and respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.

• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and regulations.

• Coordinate with external contractors, suppliers, or service providers when necessary.
