Job Summary:
The primary technical expert responsible for ensuring excellence in service delivery through expertise 
and team leadership. This role serves as a key operational leader, maintaining client relationships while 
handling complex issues and demands. The position focuses on quality assurance and regulatory 
compliance while providing technical oversight for deliverables.
 

Core Responsibilities:
• Assist Manager in leading team operations and performance;
• Handle complex secretarial and administrative matters;
• Provide subject matter expertise and technical leadership;
• Train and develop team members;
• Ensure quality standards and compliance;
• Manage sensitive stakeholder communications;
• Drive process improvements and standards;
• Handle client/cluster relationship matters
 

Tasks:
Quality & Methodology Management:

• Ensure application of new methodologies and standards
• Monitor new regulations implementation
• Oversee correct software usage
• Ensure work accuracy and quality standards
• Perform in-depth review of deliverables
• Review all cluster deliverables before release
• Attend to team member technical queries
• Assist in resolving issues
• Ensure work quality meets standards
• Identify training needs and work with Technical Team to develop training programs
 

Technical & Client Support:
• Allocate client/team tasks;
• Assist team with complex queries;
• Handle service disruption issues;
• Monitor work planning;
• Assess and escalate issues;
• Provide effective process coaching;
• Participate in task planning;
• Document/update procedures;
• Guide complex matter resolution;
• Monitor compliance standards;
• Ensure protection of information assets;
• Handle additional duties as required

Qualifications

Educational Background:

• Degree holder and/or related Professional qualification

Professional Experience:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Corporate Administration and Secretarial matters
