We are looking for an Airport Sales Representative who will be based at the incoming passenger terminal and responsible for the delivery and/or sales of prepaid sim cards to passengers.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate information on Emtel Products & Services
• Distribute or Sell Prepaid SIM Cards as per monthly target set by management
• Be knowledgeable about Emtel Products and Services including data packages and prepaid Airbox devices and package
• Be courteous towards passengers and other stakeholders
• Manage inventory and Daily Stock report
• Handle cash and provide Daily Cash Report in case of sales of SIM Card and Packages

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum Higher School Certificate
• At least one (1) year work experience in related field

Required Skills and Aptitudes:

• Customer focus and good interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
• Team oriented person
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and deliver results within deadlines
• Willingness to work extended hours and during weekends on urgencies
• Ability to speak a third language will be an advantage
