We are looking for an organized, pro-active and analytical administrative coordinator, with great communication and problem-solving skills.
YOUR MAIN DUTIES:
- Tackle administrative duties and ensure that the office is operating smoothly.
- Prepare reports when needed.
- Manage office supplies and place orders as necessary.
- Manage petty cash.
- Record expenses and payments received daily.
- Updating and maintaining office policies as necessary.
- Any other cognate duties.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
- Must have some years of experience in an administrative / accounts / office management role.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
- Attention to detail.
