The United Basalt Products Limited is seeking to recruit an Outdoor Sales Representative for its Sales Department

Key Responsibilities

The Outdoor Sales Representative will be responsible for:

• Driving sales growth by promoting and selling building materials to new and existing clients.

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through site visits and networking.

• Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms in line with company policies.

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

• Providing technical advice and after-sales support in collaboration with internal teams.

• Preparing accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates for management.

• Collecting payments, monitor outstanding accounts, and ensure compliance with credit policies.

• Adhering to HSE standards and promote a culture of safety.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

• Proven experience in sales and business development, ideally within building materials, construction, or related industries.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

• Proficient in CRM tools and comfortable with data-driven decision-making.

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

• Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset and strong integrity.

• Collaborative team player with cross-functional coordination skills.

• Valid driving license required.
