DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The candidate will be expected to perform various duties which may include but are not limited to:

·        Work closely with the Head of Department to ensure smooth operations.

·        Prepare and monitor operating budgets to optimize financial resources.

·        Manage and maximize internal resources (human, material, etc.).

·        Oversee the daily management of orchards and existing crops to ensure their sustainability.

·        Implement sustainable agricultural practices in line with environmental standards.

·        Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards of quality and productivity.

·        Stay informed about market trends and adhere to ethical requirements in the agricultural sector.

PROFILE

·        Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Management, or a related field.

·        Significant experience in managing agricultural or horticultural projects.

·        Strong knowledge of sustainable farming practices and environmental challenges.

·        Skills in budgeting and strategic planning.

·        Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

·        Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
