Role Description

Alteo Agri Limited is seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Diversification Manager to join our team. This is a full-time role whose incumbent will support the development and implementation of diversification strategies across the agro-business, mainly in non-sugar activities of Alteo Agri Ltd.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the Head of Department to ensure smooth operations.

Prepare and monitor operating budgets to optimize financial resources.

Manage and maximize internal resources (human, material, etc.).

Oversee the daily management of orchards and existing crops to ensure their sustainability.

Implement sustainable agricultural practices in line with environmental standards.

Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards of quality and productivity.

Stay informed about market trends and adhere to ethical requirements in the agricultural sector.

Qualifications

Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Management, or a related field.

Significant experience in managing agricultural or horticultural projects.

Agrosylvopastoral skills will be a key advantage.

Strong knowledge of sustainable farming practices and environmental challenges.

Skills in budgeting and strategic planning.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
