We are looking fot an IT Support Officer to join our IT department based at our Head Office in Bagatelle.

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day running of the IT infrastructure.
• Provide timely support for staff, including after-hours on-call assistance.
• Conduct end-user training on IT systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
• Monitor system security and ensure compliance with IT policies and regulations.
• Perform such other cognate duties as may be assigned.

• Certificate in computing or information systems, Certificate in IT, or equivalent                                                      
• Previous involvement in the restauration industry will be a definite advantage.
• Experience: 1-2 years in network and system support.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration and user interaction.      

• Troubleshooting and maintenance of computers, servers, printers & smart devices.
• Conversant in hardware including network devices.
• A sound knowledge in Windows Server & Windows 11 and above.
• Experience in Office 365, remote desktop, endpoint security & other utility software.
• Understand networking infrastructure and Information Security Systems.
