As a Business Process Analyst at Lavastone Properties, you will help improve how the company works by analyzing, designing, and streamlining business processes. You will work closely with different teams, including IT and external partners, to support key projects, especially those involving new technologies and business growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Process analysis and documentation
- Technology and IT project coordination
- Project implementation and change management
- Business development support
- Continuous improvement and quality assurance
Qualifications, skills and competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, operations management, engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within real estate, property management, consulting or technology-driven industries.
- Experience with change management, stakeholder engagement and cross functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in business process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi).
- Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable with change management and fostering user adoption of new processes and tools.
