As a Property Administrator, your role is to oversee and manage the administrative tasks, as well as client-facing responsibilities, related to properties owned by Lavastone Properties.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Property records management 
  2. Lease administration
  3. Tenant relations
  4. Rent collection and financial management 
  5. Compliance and regulations
  6. Reporting and documentation
  7. Property Management software and systems

Qualifications & required competencies for the role:

  1. Higher School Certificate or any equivalent qualifications, holder of credits in Maths and Accounting at A-Level. 
  2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in accounting field or property sector would be an advantage.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office. 
  4. Knowledge in pivot table, accounting and navision would be an advantage. 
  5. Demonstrate good organizational and management skills. 
  6. Care for a stronger client relationship and shows compassion. 
  7. Passionate to work as a team and ability to work at different pace.
