Ensure effective product display, stock rotation, and promotion in retail outlets to increase sales.
- Visit retail shops and supermarkets to ensure correct product placement.
- Maintain product displays according to company standards.
- Monitor stock levels, ensure timely replenishment, and report shortages.
- Assist with promotional campaigns, price labelling, and POS material setup.
- Build strong relationship with shop owners and staff.
- Collect market feedback and report competitor activities.
- Prepare daily/weekly merchandising reports.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum SC
- 1-2 years experience in merchandising or sales.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Presentable, energetic, and customer oriented.
