The Steward will ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth operations in the kitchen and dining areas, supporting the culinary and service teams in delivering a high-quality guest experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and workstations
  • Assist in waste disposal following hygiene and safety protocols
  • Restock clean items in designated areas
  • Support chefs and service staff during food preparation and service
  • Receive and store deliveries as needed
  • Perform general cleaning tasks and assist with special requests

Competencies required:

  • Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety (HACCP preferred)
  • Physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Teamwork and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and cleanliness
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
