Spa Receptionist

RESPONSIBILITY: •Actively participates in the provision of excellent service to guests. •Welcomes guest courteously as per Hotel procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Actively participates in the provision of excellent service to guests.

•Welcomes guest courteously as per Hotel procedures.

•Converses with guests to obtain feedback and suggestions for improvement.

•Provides guests with correct and relevant information on all the Spa’s products.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:

•A minimum of 1 years working experience in Hotel Industry.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

•High levels of integrity and confidentiality.

•Strong ability for problem solving.

•Proactive, dynamic and flexible attitude at all times.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French language.

•IT literate.

•A clean certificate of character is a must.
