 Should be responsible for the general maintenance of the hotel  Assist in creating and maintaining an environment that is tidy, beneficial and safe for those individuals staying in the hotel  Perform basic maintenance of buildings, grounds and equipment

Duties

• Carry out domestic and basic industrial plumbing maintenance, repairs, installations, and general handyman tasks.

• Perform daily/periodic checks (pump room, boiler, safety equipment, energy readings).

• Handle routine maintenance (plumbing, A/C, electrical, painting, carpentry, bulb changes).

• Respond to guest and departmental maintenance requests.

• Assist in event setups and evening duty calls.

• Maintain hotel facilities (workshop, water features, septic station, gardens, guest/back areas).

• Operate company vehicles safely and secure hotel equipment.

• Follow safety, health, and emergency procedures; report accidents or suspicious activity.

Requirements

• Basic Electrical/Plumbing Certificate (MITD) or equivalent.

• Experience in maintenance/handyman work.

• Physically fit, flexible, and able to work under pressure/odd hours.

• Team player with good communication, organizational, and customer-focused skills.

• Positive, committed, and quality-oriented attitude.
