We’re hiring a passionate, creative Kids Club Manager to lead our Tikoulou Kids & Baby Club at Preskil Island Resort. Create a safe, fun space for children from infants to teens. If you love childcare, team leadership & guest experiences, this is your chance to shine!

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of both the Kids Club and Baby Club.

  • Lead, train, and supervise a team of club artists ensuring high service standards.

  • Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities (educational and recreational).

  • Ensure child safety and well-being at all times, complying with health and hygiene standards.

  • Manage baby care operations, including feeding, hygiene, and sleep routines.

  • Maintain accurate child attendance and incident records.

  • Coordinate with other departments (F&B, Housekeeping, Spa, Entertainment) for seamless service delivery.

  • Handle parent communication, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.

  • Monitor departmental budget, staffing, and resources.

  • Promote Tikoulou Kids & Baby Club as a key family offering at the resort.

  • Prepare seasonal activity calendars and special events.

  • Ensure ongoing staff training (First Aid, Safety, Hygiene, Customer Service).

Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree in Child Care, Early Childhood Education, Recreation, or Hospitality Management. 
  • Fluency in English and French (additional local or foreign languages an advantage). 
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Training in First Aid/CPR preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Kids Club operations, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role within a four- or five-star resort.
  • Proven track record in team leadership, program design, and guest satisfaction.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Organised, creative, and safety-conscious.

  • Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
