The ERP and CRM Support Specialist will provide technical support and assistance to
employees using the dealership's various enterprise applications, including ERP and CRM
systems
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Provide technical support and assistance to employees using the dealership's various enterprise applications, including ERP and CRM systems.
- Learn how to install, configure, and maintain enterprise applications under the guidance of the ICT team.
- Assist with the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documentation related to enterprise applications.
- Monitor system performance and report issues to the ICT team.
- Collaborate with the ICT team to identify and implement system upgrades and enhancements.
- Participate in training sessions to learn how to provide training to new employees on how to use enterprise applications.
- Stay up to date with industry developments and best practices related to enterprise applications.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of enterprise applications, including their architecture and functionality.
SKILLS
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus.
