HONDA Mauritius is seeking to recruit an adequate candidate to fulfill the following role:
Parts Advisor
Key Responsibilities
- Advise customers on parts and accessories.
- Handle inquiries, upsell/cross-sell, and process orders.
- Source, quote, and invoice parts accurately.
- Maintain inventory and perform stock checks.
- Communicate order status and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with service, sales, and suppliers.
What You’ll Need
Requirements
- Minimum educational requirement: HSC or equivalent (as determined suitable by Management),
- Minimum of one year of work experience,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Preferred Skills and others
- Effective verbal and written communications skills in both English and French,
- Experience with SAP software is considered a valuable advantage,
- Outstanding customer service skills,
- Attentive to details,
- Well organised,
- Ability to work under pressure and effect multi tasks.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8AM to 5PM.
Saturday: 8AM to 12PM.
