Responsible to manage sales of agro chemical products
List of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and establishing of new businesses in the agricultural sector
- Prepare sales startegies
- Arrange and coordinate various technical and marketing activities, these may include meetings, demonstrations and trails on site
-Maintain industry awareness regarding technical developments via netowrking, personal development and training and analyse potential market
- Establish and maintain sustainable relationship with customers
- Ensuring sales targets are met
- Providing presales and post-sales support
- Supply management on customer requirements, issues, and prospective new products
- Perform any other cognate duties assigned to you and relevant to your job
Profile of the ideal candidate:
- Degree in Agronomy/ Crop Science/ Agriculture/ Soil Science/ Biotechnology/ Sales and Marketing or related field
- 4-5 years experience in sales of agricultural/ Agro-chemical products
- Dynamic and extrovert
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytic skills
- Decision taker, commercial awareness
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and under pressure
- A driving license is necessary
-Is prepared to travel overseas
